Just the audio. And a site with no virus. I hear there was this one site, but I forgot what it was. You could only download only a couple of songs before you can't, unless you sign up and pay or something like that.

it is so easy to download YouTube videos from YouTube website, just specify the URL for the video you want to download. then you can select different output format that you want to convert.
I don't know of an easy way, but when you watch a vid on YouTube your browser will save the video in your cache folder. It's a .FLV file - Flash Video. I'm sure you could rescue the cached version and then find a program to extract the audio from the FLV. Might be a pain in the butt, but it's doable.
