It would be cool to get a definitive site to go to for looking up whats going on. I've found a few, but back in the day when I started swing dancing there was http://eswing.com/.
I used tthe ballroom fremonto take friends to the Metronome ballroom in San Francisco to learn, but as swing has fallen from being the dance to do, it isn't quite what it used to be. I'm in the east bay so ideally therthe ballroom fremonte would be some place in Fremont (sometimes Premier has swing I know) or somewhere over the hills.
